In Philadelphia, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Pennsylvania on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I came in at 8:20 PM while the store closes at 9 PM, so there was still plenty of time to order. While placing my order, I changed from double-layer club sandwiches to single-layer sandwiches, (I even said sorry) and the reaction I got was unnecessary attitude for such a simple change. Customers should be able to adjust their order without feeling uncomfortable or disrespected. Basic customer service and professionalism really matter.

The food was good, but the service was a major disappointment. Despite providing clear instructions, our order was completely wrong and took an excessive amount of time to prepare. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and began turning the lights off at 9:15 PMβnearly an hour before the 10:00 PM closing time. When questioned, the excuse was that they "needed time to clean." The place was completely shut at 9:40 pm on a Saturday. To the owner: this is clearly a management issue. Fix the google listing times for customer expectations- people are paying good money for the food this shouldnβt be happening. The lack of professionalism from the staff completely ruined the experience and the mood.

Spicy Chicken Cheesesteak is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Medium spice level was perfect for me with the right amount of kick and flavor. Definitely worth trying if this is your style.

We tried the cheese chicken and steak sandwiches . The taste was average . Customer service needs to be improved. We had to include basic options like Salt while ordering, which was very unusual.

I came here for the spicy chicken cheesesteak, which was so worth it. Perfect portion size, and the chicken is delicious. I got a medium spicy, which is exactly what you want. Gives just a little kick and the flavor of the chicken is amazing. The roll isn't anything special but it doesn't need to be, the spiced chicken is the star of the show here. Perfect ratio of chicken to cheese to onion. They have a parking lot, this is a place worth making a trip for. I didn't have the pizza, it looks like it's worth getting if you're in walking distance, looks good. But the spicy chicken cheesesteak is worth going out of your way for. Quick service despite being pretty busy, plenty of drink options. It's very unassuming from the outside, but put your faith in this chicken cheesesteak.
